The Procurement Excellence Network (PEN) celebrated its third anniversary! Thanks to your continued engagement and support, our community grew to more than 2,900 members across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. We came together to appreciate the legacy we built together—a vibrant community of procurement innovators.
PEN hosted an interactive 60-minute event where we reflected on our community’s accomplishments, previewed what was on the horizon for 2026, and celebrated YOU—the incredible public servants shaping the future of procurement excellence.
As we embark on another year of growth and impact, we shared with our members a preview of PEN’s 2026 programming, including our theme, “Every Public Dollar Tells a Story,” as well as our vision, mission, and opportunities to learn from peers and co-create the future of procurement. Our 2026 programming honored how procurement shapes communities and the public good.
