Adriana Hayes

Adriana Hayes is an Assistant Director at Partners for Public Good, helping local governments plan, procure, and deliver public infrastructure projects. She began her public service career with the State of California, where she worked on implementation and stakeholder engagement for public health programs. Adriana then served for over 20 years in international development, holding executive leadership positions across multiple country offices. Her experience includes overseeing complex infrastructure projects spanning energy, transportation, water, and vertical structures, managing $100+ million in grants and contracts, and securing partnerships with governments and donor agencies.  

Adriana holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a B.A. from Occidental College.
