Andrew Golda

Andrew Golda is an Associate at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where he helps local governments plan, procure, and deliver public infrastructure projects. He previously served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for more than 15 years, leading initiatives in infrastructure, energy, economic development, and disaster risk management. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at the Urban Institute, supporting efforts to improve local government service delivery and performance management.

Andrew holds a M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Russian and Politics from New York University.
