Dondei Dean

Associate

Dondei Dean is an Associate at Partners for Public Good (PPG), supporting government practitioner learning through trainings, executive education programs, and conference presentations. Prior to joining PPG, Dondei served as Training Manager at The AMAAD Institute, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit specializing in health services for the Black and LGBTQ+ community. There, she trained internal and Los Angeles County staff in equitable service provision, conducted citywide public health campaigns, and expanded AMAAD’s training portfolio. Before that she served as the Director and Lead Organizer at Berkshire Interfaith Organizing, where she coached leaders in winning campaigns for racial, immigrant, and transportation justice. 

Dondei holds her Master’s in Education in Learning Design and Technology from University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education. She earned her B.A. in Studio Art, Spanish, and Government from Dartmouth College.
