Julia Gray

Julia Gray (she/her) is an Operations Analyst at Partners for Public Good (PPG), supporting all operational functions across finance, development, human resources, IT, contract management, and compliance. Prior to joining PPG, Julia worked as a project manager at RSM, leading client engagements by utilizing tools and techniques to help ensure project timeline, budget, and satisfaction. Julia also worked in non-profit finance and operations at Character Lab, managing cross-functional projects to develop and improve internal processes, while overseeing the full scope of non-profit finance. Prior to that, she worked at PFM, providing management and budget consulting services to local governments and organizations.  

Julia holds a Master’s in Social Work and a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. Julia lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two rescue dogs.
