Kailey Burger Ayogu

Kailey Burger Ayogu is the CEO of Partners for Public Good (PPG). Prior to leading PPG, Kailey was Managing Director at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab. Kailey previously served as Assistant Commissioner at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services, where she led the 2019 redesign of the NYC prevention services continuum and the resulting $660M RFP.  

She holds an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and served as a Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Truman State University.
