Nashaira Ofori

Nashaira Ofori is the Assistant Director of Executive Education and Training at Partners for Public Good, where she oversees the strategy, development, and delivery of executive learning experiences that help public leaders strengthen their skills, expand their impact, and drive meaningful change in their communities. She is a seasoned learning and development leader with more than a decade of experience designing and scaling high-impact learning programs for mission-driven organizations.

Nashaira has also led professional learning and training initiatives at organizations including Panorama Education and the University of Michigan’s Center for Educational Outreach. Across these roles, she has designed and facilitated workshops for educators, public sector leaders, and nonprofit organizations, consistently driving strong outcomes.

She earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Ford School and a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from Marquette University.
