Raena Boston

Raena Boston is the People Operations Analyst at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where she supports the people experience and strengthens the systems that enable PPG’s team to thrive. In her role, she advances core people operations functions including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and offboarding, performance management processes, benefits administration support, and culture and staff engagement initiatives. 

Prior to joining PPG, Raena has supported talent management, recruitment, and performance management in professional services, social impact, and consulting settings. 

Raena holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication with a minor in Africana Studies from the University of South Florida.
