Rebecca Graffy

Director

Rebecca Graffy is the Director of Government Transformation at Partners for Public Good. She heads our projects working directly with governments to take on their thorny operational challenges. Rebecca has 15 years of experience helping governments across the world transform procurement systems, modernize operations, and better serve their residents. She was previously a director at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab. Her favorite professional experiences include: Extreme Procurement Makeovers in US cities from Long Beach, CA to Syracuse, NY; a malaria elimination campaign in South Africa; advising on procurements ranging from waste collection to ambulance services to HIV diagnostic networks; and increasing access to high quality healthcare products worldwide while saving $250 million for public sector buyers. Rebecca holds a B.A. cum laude in Philosophy from Tufts University.
