Whitney Teal

Whitney Teal is a Project Leader at Partners for Public Good, supporting the Procurement Excellence Network’s Communications and Publications. Previously, Whitney led programmatic and legislative communications for the Biden-Harris Administration’s U.S. Digital Service; created marketing strategy for technology startups; and designed social media campaigns for non-profits. Whitney began her career as a journalist, editing magazine features before turning to hyper-local news. For three years, she covered local government, economic development, and land use in Montgomery County, Maryland.  

Whitney graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She was (proudly) raised in Fort Worth, Texas and currently lives near Atlanta, Georgia.
