In this roundtable, we will zoom in on Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects and the four stages through construction: 1) System Planning, 2) Project Development, 3) Project Design, and 4) Project Construction.
Getting the early stages of a DBB project right gives the project a much better shot at staying on time, on budget, and on track! But building that foundation is rarely simple, and project teams are navigating complex decisions long before a shovel ever hits the ground.
That’s why we’re bringing together infrastructure professionals in the PEN community for a roundtable discussion to share challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from each other!
