____ What is a Procurement Insights Roundtable? ____ Community-powered conversations where PEN members come together to share experiences, exchange ideas, and move procurement forward!

Contract Management Matters—Let’s Talk About It!

After months (or even years) of procurement work, getting a contract signed can feel like crossing the finish line. But in public procurement, that’s often where the opportunity to create lasting impact begins. Strong contract management helps governments build better relationships with vendors, improve performance, reduce risk, and deliver better outcomes for their communities. But managing a contract is not without it’s risks or complexities.

That’s why we’re bringing contract managers and administrators in the PEN community together in a roundtable to share challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s experiences. Join fellow PEN members for a dynamic 90-minute session, connecting with up to 40 peers to discuss some of the following themes:

  • What makes contract management challenging in public procurement
  • Advice from peers on processes, procedures, and tools for effective contract management
  • Stories of impact, successes, and opportunities
  • Any questions you want to bring to your peers

Who Should Attend? If your role directly involves developing, administering,  managing or supporting public procurement contracts, please sign-up!
