Are you looking to design and implement a vendor survey to understand challenges that businesses — especially small and diverse firms — face when doing business with your government? Join us for an exciting new, multi-session training opportunity for governments looking to design and administer a vendor survey.
Virtual Dates: This three-part virtual bootcamp is scheduled for November 2023, featuring bi-weekly training sessions. In addition to these group sessions, participants from your government team should expect a time commitment of 2-3 hours per week of structured independent work designing and drafting a customized vendor survey for your jurisdiction.
Session #1: November 2, 2-3pm ET
Session #2: November 14, 12-1pm ET
Session #3: November 29, 1-2pm ET
* Participation in all three sessions is required.
Who Should Attend: All Procurement Excellence Network (PEN) members working in city, county and state governments in the U.S. and Canada are welcome to apply. We encourage government teams of 2-4 people to participate. This bootcamp is a great match if you’re new to vendor surveys or if you are looking to revamp a previous survey that didn’t achieve its intended impact.
