Vendor Survey Workshop Session (8/15, 8/29)

Are you running into challenges as your government develops and/or distributes a vendor survey? Or do you have an innovation that you would be excited to share with peer governments?
The Procurement Excellence Network hosted a workshop session to bounce ideas around and share candid challenges with peer governments. This is a follow-up session to June’s training on “Elevating Vendor Insights to Improve Procurement Processes and Attract More Suppliers.”
In these workshopping sessions, we troubleshoot common challenges impacting successful vendor survey development/distribution such as gaining necessary buy in from certain stakeholders and/or senior leadership, technical challenges with your survey platform, and how to address with what you’ve learned after survey release.
