Emma Ritz

Emma Ritz is an Associate at Partners for Public Good (PPG), supporting the revision and modernization of the Model Procurement Code, a framework used by state and local governments throughout the country. Prior to joining PPG, Emma served as a law clerk in the Office of General Counsel at DAI Global, LLC (“DAI”). In this role, she supported DAI’s work on USAID contracts across dozens of countries. She has also worked as a legal intern with both the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement and with HIAS Pennsylvania.  

Emma earned a J.D. with a concentration in public procurement from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in World Politics from Hamilton College.
