Leading City Procurement Reform
Each year, we bring together a cohort of city leaders ready to tackle some of the hardest challenges in public procurement—from cycle times that stretch months longer than they should, to vendor diversity gaps, to reforms that stall when leadership changes.
Leading City Procurement Reform, developed in collaboration with the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, is where cities come to make changes stick.
