Isabel Garcia
Isabel Garcia is a Project Leader at Partners for Public Good (PPG), helping to oversee the organization’s Good Jobs & Economic Development portfolio, where she works with a cohort of governments to use procurement as a lever for inclusive workforce development, job quality, and local economic empowerment. Prior to joining PPG, she supported the day-to-day management of the Procurement Excellence Network including developing and delivering virtual and in person procurement trainings. She also project managed executive education programs for procurement leaders while at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab. Previously, Isabel worked with the Boston Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, project managing, administering, and overseeing the implementation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support women- and minority-owned small businesses recover from the pandemic.
Isabel holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy and International Studies from Northwestern University.
