Jason Low

Jason Low is an Associate at Partners for Public Good (PPG), supporting the organization’s procurement transformation portfolio, where he partners with local governments to overhaul complex procurement and contracting operating systems. Prior to joining PPG, he served in the Biden-Harris Administration and was a trusted member of the team responsible for managing the flow of briefing materials to the Vice President. He also worked with the U.S. Department of Education to evaluate federal grantmaking processes and design implementation best practices. Jason began his career supporting first generation and low-income college students at Georgetown University. 

Jason holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Government magna cum laude from Georgetown University.
