Lucy Turley

Lucy Turley is the Director of Strategy & Impact at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where she leads organizational strategy, impact measurement, learning, and narrative efforts in support of PPG’s mission. She brings more than a decade of experience in applied research, evaluation, and strategic communications, with a focus on advancing equity through rigorous, stakeholder-centered approaches.

Prior to joining PPG, Lucy partnered with philanthropic institutions, nonprofits, and public-sector actors to design and lead evaluation frameworks, stakeholder engagement processes, and learning systems. Previously, Lucy served as Senior Director of Editorial & Narrative Strategy at the Center for Policing Equity, where she supervised a cross-functional team translating policing data into accessible insights for policy, advocacy, and community audiences.

Lucy holds a PhD in Communication Science from American University, an MA in Africana Studies (Global Journalism) from New York University, and a BA in English from Queen Mary, University of London.
