Micaela Fischer

Assistant Director

Micaela Fischer is an Assistant Director at Partners for Public Good (PPG), dedicated to the Model Procurement Code Reform project. Previously, Micaela served as Deputy Director for Program Evaluation at New Mexico’s Legislative Finance Committee, where she led a team of 13 evaluators in providing policymakers and the public with objective and independent assessments of public agencies and government processes, including procurement. Micaela has also served as a Policy Officer at the New Mexico-based Thornburg Foundation and a Senior Associate with the Pew Charitable Trusts’ Environment Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Community, Food, and Agricultural Systems from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Biology from Wichita State University.
