Calgary Haines-Trautman

Calgary Haines-Trautman is a Procurement Transformation Associate at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where she works directly with state and local governments to diagnose, analyze, and implement high-impact solutions to transform procurement operations.

Prior to joining PPG, Calgary worked as a Cornell Tech Urban Innovation Fellow with the NYC Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, leading the service design and delivery of reforms that enabled streamlined piloting, reduced procurement timelines, and accelerated payments to nonprofits. Through consulting with organizations like Coforma, Open Contracting Partnership, and city governments, Calgary has honed a human-centered design practice.

Calgary holds a Master of Design in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a B.A. in the History, Philosophy, and Social Studies of Science and Medicine from the University of Chicago.
