Evan Karl

Evan Karl is a Senior Associate on Partners for Public Good (PPG)’s Strategy & Impact team, where he helps translate organizational strategy into execution. Earlier in his tenure at PPG, Evan played a key role in the design and buildout of a nationwide Procurement Innovation Accelerator, supporting governments as they advanced innovative procurement practices. Previously, he was a Government Innovation Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab, where he supported the Procurement Excellence Network (PEN). Evan also served in the NYC Mayor’s Office, directing a team on citywide food distribution at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and oversaw community-facing initiatives.

Evan holds an MPA from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, a BA in Political Science from Amherst College, and has completed additional coursework at New College, University of Oxford, and UMass Amherst’s School of Public Policy.
