Jaidie Vargas

Assistant Director

Jaidie Vargas is the Assistant Director of Technology Delivery at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where she supports government technology strategy and delivery. She brings more than 14 years of experience across technology and public service.

Before joining PPG, Jaidie served as an IT Director in the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology, leading tech delivery for the state’s largest agency and supporting all 64 counties. Her earlier work includes building cybersecurity engineering teams in aerospace and defense, leading applied research in AI, cybersecurity, and quantum technologies, and serving in the U.S. Navy supporting mission-critical communications and humanitarian relief efforts.

Jaidie is completing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence focused on responsible technology governance and holds graduate and undergraduate credentials in cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, and counterintelligence.
