Jana Douglas

Jana Douglas serves as an Administrative Coordinator at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where she supports organizational operations and administrative coordination in service of the organization’s mission. Her approach is informed by a background in public administration and policy, with an emphasis on organizational effectiveness, sound processes, and the practical implementation of strategic priorities.

Prior to joining PPG, Jana worked across state and local government, public housing, and nonprofit organizations. Her experience spans executive-level operations and coordination, strategic planning, policy development, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational performance improvement. Throughout her career, she has contributed to efforts that strengthen public-serving institutions and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.
