Kauthar Kebel

Kauthar Kebel is Chief Operating Officer at Partners for Public Good (PPG), where she leads the organization’s finance, people operations, technology, contracting, and compliance functions. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations through growth and change, Kauthar brings a people-centered, systems-oriented approach to building the organizational infrastructure that enables teams to thrive and missions to succeed.

Previously, Kauthar served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Common Future, a national intermediary advancing economic justice, where she strengthened organizational strategy, financial stewardship, and operational effectiveness. She also held executive leadership roles at Meridian Institute, where she oversaw strategy and operations across a multi-entity organization advancing climate, agriculture, and social equity initiatives, and at Juvenile Law Center, a national public interest law firm, where she led organizational strategy, technology transformation, and equity-centered people practices. Kauthar holds an M.B.A. from Brenau University and a B.A. in English from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
