Rebecca Graffy

Director

Rebecca Graffy is the Director of Government Transformation at Partners for Public Good (PPG). She heads PPG’s infrastructure program, as well as projects working directly with governments to drive big organizational and operational change.

Rebecca has worked with governments across the world to transform procurement systems, modernize operations, strengthen project delivery, and better serve their residents. Previously, as a Director at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab, she led initiatives to help governments procure contracted goods and services more efficiently, fairly, and effectively. Earlier in her career, Rebecca managed programs that expanded access to high-quality healthcare products while saving government buyers hundreds of millions of dollars. She also led work to advance South Africa’s malaria elimination campaign.

Rebecca holds a B.A. cum laude in Philosophy from Tufts University.
